يهدف البحث الكشف عن رؤية كتّاب الرواية التاريخية من كتابة هذا الفن النثري الحكائي، ومعرفة طرقهم التشكيلية الفنية الخاصة تلك التي يعتمدون عليها للتعبير عن هذه الرؤى، والرواية الأدبية لها خصوصية شديدة بين الفنون النثرية نابعة من ارتباطها اللصيق بالمجتمع، وتوجهها نحوه، وتعد الرواية التاريخية من أشهر أنواع الروايات؛ نظرا لأن كتّاب الرواية التاريخية يحاولون من خلال دمج الماضي بالحاضر نقد المجتمع وإظهار جوانب ضعفه، أو الاستشراف لما سوف يحل به في المستقبل، فهم يقلبون صفحات التاريخ القديم، ثم يلتقطون بعدساتهم الفنية من صور الماضي ما يسقطونه على الواقع المعيش، فلا يقف الغرض الفني منها على الإمتاع والتسلية فحسب، بل إن كتّابها–في الغالب- لهم رؤيتهم الخاصة تجاه الأحداث في تطرأ على المجتمع، لذلك يعمدون من خلال الرواية التاريخية إلى طرح رؤيتهم الخاصة، وبث رسائلهم وأهدافهم إلى المجتمع، مستفيدين في تحقيق ذلك من الخلفية التاريخية لمحتوى الرواية في محاولة لإسقاط ما فيها من محتوى أو مغزى على المجتمع بنقده وتوجيهه وبنائه.
The research aims to reveal the vision of the writers of the historical novel in writing this narrative prose art, and to know their special artistic methods that they rely on to express these visions. The literary novel has a strong specificity among the prose arts stemming from its close connection with society and its orientation towards it, The historical novel is one of the most famous types of novels. Because the writers of historical novels try, by merging the past with the present, to criticize society and show its weaknesses, or anticipate what will happen to it in the future, they turn the pages of ancient history, Then they capture with their artistic lenses from the images of the past what they project onto the living reality. The artistic purpose of it is not limited to enjoyment and amusement only, but its writers - in most cases - have their own vision regarding the events that occur in society, so they intend, through the historical novel, to present their own vision, And broadcast their messages and goals to society, benefiting to achieve this from the historical background of the content of the novel in an attempt to project its content or meaning onto society by criticizing, directing and building it.
